Echelon Leadership is a collaboration between Jill Dunchick LLC and Bridge Equity Education. Together, we work with school leaders and leadership teams to support cohesion and maximize group effectiveness in service of academic achievement and equity.
Jill Dunchick (she/her) provides intentional, strategic, compassionate, and intuitive coaching and training to leaders in the nonprofit and for-profit sectors.
Jill combines her expertise in body-centered healing sciences with her coursework and twenty years of experience as an educator and leader to ensure that all of her clients are supported to explore their internal blocks, release what is holding them back, and continue leading and living from their authentic, embodied self.
Anwar Abdul-Rahman supports education organizations to develop and create the conditions for excellence and equity in their respective communities.
Anwar uses his wealth of experience in teaching and leading schools, experience as a marginalized student and educator, and a track record of student achievement results to support teachers and school leaders examine their mindset in order to interrogate practices and ensure equitable outcomes for all.
Echelon Leadership Retreat Series is a two day in person training designed to support your organization’s leadership team members toward candid communication and optimal functioning. Through self-identity and position analysis, authentic dialog, values based decision alignment, and strategic planning, teams will leave the retreat with a clearer vision of who they are and action items to accomplish their goals.

Echelon School Study is a one day professional development for system and school leaders to experience greatness at schools across the country. With a specific area of study, educators will observe 1-2 schools in the morning to sharpen their lens in service of equitable school based practices After lunch, leaders will conduct a deep dive into the observation and engage in learning experiences aligned with the area of study.
